Who is the chef and who is the chief? We still like to debate that ourselves. What is certain: together we bring restaurant-level dining to your home, event or company, with a kitchen inspired by travel, Mediterranean roots and a love for bold flavours.

Our kitchen is inspired by culinary cultures from all over the world: from Mediterranean warmth to Asian freshness, from fire and BBQ to refined dishes served at the table. We look for products with character, combinations that make sense and dishes that bring people together.

Dax is a trained butcher and brings strong product knowledge to every menu. Think premium beef, Pluma Iberico, live fire cooking, The Meat Board and BBQ formulas where fire, timing and flavour take centre stage.

Our approach

From first idea to last glass.

Four steps, one evening. This is how we work together, from the first email to the moment the kitchen is spotless again.

Tell us about the dinner

Number of guests, date, location and occasion: tell us what you have in mind. Any allergies, dietary needs or personal preferences? Make sure to include them.

We propose a menu

We create a proposal that fits your evening: a suggested menu, a selection of small plates, a walking dinner or a tailor-made formula. Cocktails, wine pairing and matching drinks can also be included.

We come to cook

On the day itself, we bring everything: ingredients, mise en place, kitchen equipment, glasses, service and craft. In advance, we check which kitchen is available.

You enjoy

You choose the format: course by course at the table, an informal walking dinner or another tailored setup. Afterwards, we leave the kitchen as tidy as we found it.

Can you come cook at our home?

Yes. We bring restaurant-level dining to your home, including ingredients, mise en place, kitchen equipment, service and clean-up.

Do you create every menu to measure?

Yes. Every menu is tailored to your guests, location, season, preferences and the rhythm of the event.

What events can we book Chef & Chief for?

Private dining, walking dinners, weddings, family gatherings, corporate events, workshops and custom experiences.

Can you provide drinks as well?

Yes. We provide wines, bubbles, cocktails, mocktails and pairings to measure. Your own wines can also be integrated.

Do you come on location?

Yes. We cook at your home, event locations, company venues and special places across Belgium. Beyond Belgium on request.

What does an event with Chef & Chief cost?

The price depends on the formula, number of guests, menu, location, drinks, service and materials. That is why we always create a tailored proposal.

Can you take allergies and dietary needs into account?

Yes. Allergies, intolerances and dietary needs are discussed in advance and integrated into the menu where possible.

Do you also offer workshops?

Yes. We offer cooking and cocktail workshops on location, such as pasta, sushi, BBQ, cocktails or a custom workshop.
