The butcher
Dax is a trained butcher and brings strong product knowledge to every menu. Think premium beef, Pluma Iberico, live fire cooking, The Meat Board and BBQ formulas where fire, timing and flavour take centre stage.
Our approach
Four steps, one evening. This is how we work together, from the first email to the moment the kitchen is spotless again.
Number of guests, date, location and occasion: tell us what you have in mind. Any allergies, dietary needs or personal preferences? Make sure to include them.
We create a proposal that fits your evening: a suggested menu, a selection of small plates, a walking dinner or a tailor-made formula. Cocktails, wine pairing and matching drinks can also be included.
On the day itself, we bring everything: ingredients, mise en place, kitchen equipment, glasses, service and craft. In advance, we check which kitchen is available.
You choose the format: course by course at the table, an informal walking dinner or another tailored setup. Afterwards, we leave the kitchen as tidy as we found it.
