Chef & Chief is the story of Chloë & Dax.
Two chefs, partners in life and always searching for the most beautiful flavours. Our kitchen starts from travel, Mediterranean roots, good products and long tables. We cook for people who truly want to spoil their guests: at home, at events, in companies or in a special location.
Chloë
Balance, refinement, wine.
Chloë grew up in a multicultural family where homemade food was a given. Later, she trained as a chef and sommelier and won Mijn Pop-uprestaurant together with her sister Magali.
Her style revolves around balance, refinement, wine and dishes that bring people together.
Dax
Fire, meat, global flavours.
Dax travelled the world from a young age and discovered cuisines from Africa, Asia and far beyond.
As a trained butcher and lover of fire, meat and BBQ, he brings strength, product knowledge and global flavours to the table.
Together, we create tailor-made culinary experiences: generous, refined and accessible. Not standard catering, but restaurant-level dining at your table, with dishes that fit the moment, the guests and the atmosphere of the evening.
